A season per state
Each state pageant runs as its own season under the national one, with its own delegates and team.
Powering modern pageantry
From the first application to the last day of the reign: divisions, registration, fees and deposits, approval, People’s Choice voting, national and state seasons, service hours and appearances — with a private portal for every delegate.
04languages on every public page: English, French, Italian and Spanish
2levels in one system: the national pageant and each state
1private portal per delegate, from application to reign
The delegate journey
A registration page in her own language, or a personal invitation from the pageant team. Her division can be chosen by her or set by the director, checked against age on the pageant’s own date and any qualifier you choose.
Mark a role as needing approval and every application waits for you. Approve and she is in; decline and her payment is refunded first. Nobody is admitted at the door before approval.
A fee per role or per division, with an optional deposit. She pays the deposit by card; the balance is recorded as owed, with the date it is due.
Her status, her receipts, what she still owes, what she has to hand in and when — photos, platform statement, program-book profile — with progress she can see.
The team sends her a proof of her page. She approves it or asks for changes. Once it goes to print, her page is locked.
Check-in with her QR code at the door, tickets and seating for her family and fans, the schedule and messages from the pageant team.
People’s Choice
National & state
Each state pageant runs as its own season under the national one, with its own delegates and team.
Directors apply for a state and the national approves them. Each director sees her own state and nothing else.
No state pageant of its own? A state director can work from her portal instead, naming her state’s titleholders for the national to confirm.
A state marks her winners; the national confirms them and each becomes a national delegate, emailed her new portal.
Choose where each state’s payments land and what each side owes the other. A running ledger shows every state’s balance with the national.
Money
Card payments through Stripe, and everything paid another way, side by side.
The reign
She logs each service; her supervisor signs from a private emailed link, no account needed. A signed entry is never changed. Progress against your target, with levels you name.
Titleholders log every appearance against a target. Count everything, or have the pageant team accept each one.
Her own page: highlights, press, legacy, thank-yous, her crown and gown portraits — and a printable reign summary.
Sash ordered, crown shipped, hotel booked — recorded in one place, with her hotel proof uploaded from her portal.

Security
Each pageant runs on its own system and its own database — never shared with another pageant.
Prices, payments and approvals are checked on the server, never trusted from a browser.
Seasons are archived, never deleted. Signed agreements and signed hours are never edited.
Team members see contact details only if their level allows it, and a state team sees only its state.
Staff sign the season’s agreements before their access opens.
Downloads, prints and records opened are written to a log only the owners can read.
